    What is your Return Policy?

    A customer may return any item purchased within a 30-days of purchase provided that it is in re-sellable condition. The exception is if the item purchased is a food item or something that was custom made for the purchaser. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping of the returned item.
    If the item purchased was damaged or defective when they received it, please contact us to process the return and there will be no additional cost of shipping to the customer.

    Where do you ship?

    We ship to Continental US and Canada.

    What are your payment options?

    We use Stripe Payments and PayPal to process the payments. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa. We do not accept Credit Gift Cards, personal checks, or money orders.

    How I can send a product as a gift?

    Once you’ve selected your gift product/s, proceed to check out. Put the lucky recipient’s address in the “Shipping address” section during the first step of checkout.

    Please note: each order can only ship to a single address. If you would like to send gifts to multiple recipients, you must place multiple orders.
