Roasted Chicken & Veggies
2 servings chicken legs and/or potatoes
1 tsp white pine & rosemary salt
1 tbsp olive oil
For Chicken: baste chicken with oil and sprinkle with white pine & rosemary salt.
Bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes
For Potatoes: cut potatoes into bite-size pieces. Toss in oil and spice.
Bake at 450F for 20 minutes or until done & stirring occasionally.
