    Sumac Vinegar

All of our infused vinegar start with locally made organic, raw, unpasteurized apple cider vinegar and are infused with wild foraged plants from the Muskoka region.

Infused vinegar is wonderful used in salad dressings, marinades or simply drizzled on steamed veggies or any other culinary creation you can imagine.

Staghorn Sumac (Rhus typhina) berries (which are not related to poison sumac) are harvested in late summer and are rich in Vitamin C. They have a tart, lemony flavour that is especially wonderful in salad dressings paired with oil, maple syrup, honey, fruit syrup or your favourite jelly on a crisp spinach salad.

Ingredients: Organic apple cider vinegar, natural staghorn sumac extract.

Shake before use, sedimentation is natural. Once opened this vinegar will last a year in your pantry. For fresher flavour keep in your fridge.
