Spruce Tip Peanut Sauce
¾ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup spruce vinegar
¼ cup water
1/3 cup tamari or soy sauce (low sodium)
3 tbs honey or agave nectar
1 ½ teaspoons grated ginger or ½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 to 2 medium cloves garlic, minced or pressed
¼ teaspoons red pepper flakes
Combine all ingredients in a bowl until creamy. Serve on asian style noodle bowls or rice paper vegetable rolls.
