Decorative cushion
My original drawing of a Beaver is printed with Black Eco-friendly textile ink onto the front of this pillow cover which is a natural linen/cotton fabric.
The back of the pillow is a black linen-cotton fabric.
A black zipper runs along the bottom of the pillow which allows for easy removal of the insert when the cover requires washing.
Perfect for urban or cottage settings as well as cabins, “man caves” or any other “get-away” spaces. It also works well for a woodland-theme nursery and kids’ bedrooms.
Great for helping students with their homework too, as it makes those hard desk chairs way more comfortable. More comfortable translates to finished homework!
Please note that because all the printing is done by hand, placement and intensity of colour may vary from pillow to pillow.
All the sewing is done with a 1947 Singer Featherweight sewing machine which is in keeping with the “vintage-look” of my work.

Traditionally, Linen has been the “go-to” fabric for kitchen Tea Towels.
Why?
Linen is anti-bacterial
Linen is a natural fibre
Linen is virtually pesticide free
The more Linen is used, the softer and more absorbent it becomes.
Linen does not leave any lint on glassware (like some other fibres do)
Linen has longevity and is 2-3 times the stronger than cotton
An interesting feature about Linen: The more it is used, the softer and more absorbent it becomes!
Wash in cold water. Hang to dry. Iron while still damp.
